The Department of Buildings (DOB) and the Department of Licensing and Consumer Protection (DLCP), will serve residents, businesses, and visitors of the District of Columbia, taking on responsibilities previously under the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs’ (DCRA) purview.
